Ms. Wall was appointed to our Board in November 2019, in connection with the Acquisition. She served as the Chief Legal Officer of Legacy Îçҹ̽»¨Íø from June 2015 to November 2019, and she also served as its interim Chief Operating Officer in 2019. She previously held various other positions with Legacy Îçҹ̽»¨Íø’s former parent, where she worked for thirty years.Ìý

Ms. Wall brings extensive First Amendment and legal expertise in addition to a deep knowledge of Legacy Îçҹ̽»¨Íø and its history and operations.
